Sweets & Snacks: Our (Unofficial) Debut

Last week, we packed up 2,000 squares of Cacao-Free Chocolate, hundreds of cups of Peanut-Free Spread, and more cookie dough than you can imagine and headed out to Chicago. The destination? The annual Sweets & Snacks Expo and our first time showing our future-proofed foods to the world. Over the span of three days, we baked more cookies, talked more about our unique approach to food technology, and most importantly, witnessed more awe of the future of food we’re creating than we’ve ever seen before.
